Staying at Corte Bianca was a culinary delight that truly exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was a standout with a broad selection of fresh options enjoyed in the elegant dining area overlooking the pool. The ambiance was relaxing, making it the perfect way to kick off our day. We opted for the set-price four-course dinners, and they were exceptional value. Each dish highlighted local seafood and organic ingredients, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Sardinia. I was particularly fond of the Mediterranean flavors that echoed through each course. Lunch at the Beach Grill offered another level of enjoyment, tucked in the shade of a welcoming pine grove. Here, I savored fresh dishes while lounging in the exclusive gazebos - a verdant oasis just steps from the pristine beach. Above all, the hotel's staff made the experience remarkable, treating us like old friends and ensuring every detail was attended to, including assisting us with a parking fine. Definitely a memorable gourmet getaway.
